Return Policy

We offer returns and refunds assuming that the product has not been opened. Once the package has been opened the product is no longer available for refund.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind about your order you can have your order cancelled, unless the order has been shipped. Once an order is shipped it is unavailable for cancellation.

Damaged Orders

If you received a defective item please email us at fragfanaticscontact@gmail.com  You will either be refunded or resent a new item. Please make sure too include proof of damage in your email.
